Decided I would give this Zumba Fitness malarkey a try out and heading off soon to Julian Rees zumba class in Ammanford this fine Sunday evening (yes, sarcasm, it’s raining, again).

Looking forward to it and got to shift a few more pounds so if me and Zumba get along, well then I might also add a weekday class in at one of Dancing Fever’s zumba classes.

If all goes well, might also get myself a decent pair of Zumba trainers from AVA Mumbles.
